Each set comes with 6 packing cubes and two of each sizes—small, medium and large.
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Some items ship directly from our manufacturer and may take 2-4 weeks.

If you wish to make a return for store credit or an exchange, please email shopthelinecollection@gmail.com with your name, order number and inquiry.
We will gladly accept your return for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
If you for any reason change your mind about the products you purchased, we are happy to exchange them. However, you will need to send the product you want to exchange back to us, and pay for shipping both ways.
For a successful exchange, items must be returned in new, unused condition. Also make sure to include your order number, your name and address, and a note stating which items you wish to replace with.

Please include a photo in your email. We will replace a defective item within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note, The Line Collection is not responsible for damages incurred by shipping couriers.
Yes! Hand wash in cold water and line dry in the shade. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean.
