Ordering

How many packing cubes come in a set?

Each set comes with 6 packing cubes and two of each sizes—small, medium and large.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Most items will ship out in 2-5 days.

Some items ship directly from our manufacturer and may take 2-4 weeks.

Do you ship overseas?

No, right now we only ship within the United States.

How can I make a return?

If you wish to make a return for store credit or an exchange, please email shopthelinecollection@gmail.com with your name, order number and inquiry. Request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

What is the return policy?

We will gladly accept your return for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of product delivery.

If you for any reason change your mind about the products you purchased, we are happy to exchange them. However, you will need to send the product you want to exchange back to us, and pay for shipping both ways. 

For a successful exchange, items must be returned in new, unused condition. Also make sure to include your order number, your name and address, and a note stating which items you wish to replace with.

What if I receive a damaged product?

We are so sorry this happened, and are more than happy to send you a new product.

If you’ve received an item that is damaged or received the wrong item, please contact shopthelinecollection@gmail.com.

Please include a photo in your email. We will replace a defective item within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note, The Line Collection is not responsible for damages incurred by shipping couriers. 

Can I return custom items?

No. No returns or exchanges are allowed for custom items.

Care

Can I wash my packing cubes?

Yes! Hand wash in cold water and line dry in the shade. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean.
